Air-Conditioner Cleaning, Maintenance and Engineering

Smart Home is one of the largest household service companies in Hong Kong. We provide a variety of professional air-conditioning engineering services, including air-conditioning cleaning, air-conditioning maintenance, air-conditioning installation, etc. Each air-conditioning technician has professional knowledge and holds relevant licenses.

Smart Home undertakes air-conditioner construction services include air-conditioner cleaning, air-conditioner repair, air-conditioner maintenance, adding refrigerant and air-conditioner purchase. All our technicians are well skilled with years of experience.

Window-type Air-Conditioner Cleaning Procedures :

1. We will first test your air-conditioner before cleaning (temperature and operation).
2. If the air-conditioner is in normal status, we will partially remove the air-conditioner from the window and clean it on-site or inside client's toilet in the house or other available area (if there is no space for cleaning, we will deliver it back to our work place for cleaning);
3. We will clean the filter, as well as the front cover
4. We use professional cleaning detergents to clean the fan-coil, then clean it with high pressure water gun
5. We also clean the surroundings and residuals (A/C unit is fully covered during cleaning process)
6. Then we will place your air-conditioner back to its original position after cleaning
7. Test the temperature again and make sure it operates well.

Split-type Air-conditioner cleaning procedures :

1. We dissemble the in-door unit of the A/C and check if it is working normally
2. Then we will use professional cleaning detergents to clean the fan-coil, and clean it with high pressure water gun
3. After that, we clean the blower wheels, blades and the indoor cooler drain pipe
4. We also clean the surroundings and residuals (A/C unit is fully covered during cleaning process)
5. Then we will restore all dissembled parts and check the refrigerant systems (If water leakage is found, extra charges will be applied)
6. Disinfection and sanitizing the surface of the indoor cooler unit and filters will also be done.

# Separate quotation is required if scaffolding is required (provided by 3rd party supplier), we can help to arrange it, but customers are welcome to arrange their own scaffolding

Special Promotion:

Air-Conditioner Cleaning (window-type) - $1740 for 3 units (avg. $580/unit)
Air-Conditioner Cleaning (split-type) - $2370 for 3 units (avg. $790/unit)
Air-Conditioner inspection and simple repairing - $650 up

Note:

$500 deposit will be collected for service confirmation. There will be no refund if the service is cancelled less than one working day.

Some units require renovation work for refrigerant refill or unit repair, if renovation work is required to clean, recharge refrigerant or repair the AC unit, client can choose to arrange such renovation work themselves or we can provide a quotation (on-site) accordingly (such additional work will be performed by our subcontractors).

Customer is required to pay the price difference when the actual items requested to clean are different to the plan selected.

All A/C unit maintenance, installation and scaffolding works will NOT be done by Smart Home. Client can choose to arrange such work themselves or we can provide a quotation from other suppliers. Smart Home can help to handle quotations from suppliers, scheduling and payment.

If any good or property being damaged during or after the service, Smart Home will make a maximum of HK$200 compensation under any circumstances.
