Given the nature of this incident involving suspicious impersonation pages disseminating questionable content and contact information.

We hereby assert that these counterfeit pages and WhatsApp numbers are entirely unrelated to our company, and we have never authorized any entity to conduct commercial activities under our trademark and name. All information and communications will solely be disseminated through our official website/page/WhatsApp account.

In response to this matter, we have reported the incident to the authorities for investigation and record-keeping. Additionally, we have notified the relevant social media platforms about these false impersonation pages and reserve the right to pursue legal action. Any potential consequences and impacts arising from these fraudulent pages, posts, and calls are not endorsed by nor affiliated with SMART HOME 智舒适.

SMART HOME 智舒适 urges everyone to exercise heightened vigilance, avoid clicking on any suspicious links, providing personal information or money to dubious accounts, and to maintain caution to prevent falling victim to deception. Our Facebook page, Instagram, Threads, WeChat, Carousell page, and 小红书 page under SMART HOME 智舒适 will not solicit any banking, credit card, investment, insurance, or other significant personal information from individuals online through this page account or any third-party accounts.
